Ketunpoika's dried CEP porcini groats
Porcini (Boletus edulis) is a large and sturdy, rather hard mushroom, with cap colored brown or light brown and sticky while it is wet. Under the cap there are no gills, thin yellow-green tubes can be found instead. Mushroom body is sturdy and stays white. The foot is light coloured and looks like a net in the top part of the foot under the cap. The foot can be thick and round like a barrel. The oot in a fresh mushroom is always hard.
