    Travel exhibition 2018 in  Helsinki

    Matka18-exhibition fair collects travel industry people together into the Exhibition Center in Helsinki. One day is dedicated for professionals to build networks and then it will not be so much people wandering around.  Hyvinkää is visible: Hyvinkää  Sveitsi, VisitHyvinkää, Hyvinkään Erämatkat and Hyvinkää travel guides are present here. You might also be able to meet actor Antti Luusuaniemi and magician Europe champion Miika Peltonen. The master of Kytäjä Manor, mr Hjalmar Linder and Maria de Heyden visited the Hyvinkää stand also. We could also find Naantali's  Moomin Valley people here, although they should have been on their wintertime hibernations...

    Pre-tour at Knehtilä farm

    Hyvinkää PreTour visited Knehtilä's Organic Farm in Hyvinkää. We had the opportunity to learn about the Farm's Organic production, make ice sculptures and enjoy delicious dinner that was prepared by our hostess Minna Sakki-Eerola. After dinner we also had Santa Claus riding onsite with his Hobby Reindeer "Kepporo". Kepporo was happy when Santa Claus announced, that he will have the opportunity to travel to Kunshan... new home would be the vice-mayor of Kunshan Water-Town Huang Ping.

    Hyvinkää pre-tour 2018

    While waiting for the Travel Exhibition Fair we had an opportunity to enjoy  Hyvinkää Town hospitality in the premises of Old Woolfactory Villatehdas.
    Hyvinkää Travel Guide representative Guide Arja holds the whole system in her hands!

    Hyvinkää Scouts have a nice small house in Usmi wilderness and we had an opportunity to visit that site with travel agents from different countries. They were informed about the outdoor activities available in Hyvinkää area by Hyvinkään Erämatkat / Tero Lindholm. Tero had also prepared delicious smoked salmon and noodles.

    are you brave enough to ride?

    The ice on Lake Tuusulanjärvi is in very good condition for many kind of outdoor activities. We tried riding our hobby horses! The ice was full of skaters and if you remember to take the metal stick and other tour-skater's equipment with you, it should be safe enough. The new ice was howling and mourning like a cat in April moonlight!

    Helsinki Travel fair is near!

    Next week in Helsinki Exhibition Center will start the International Travel exhibition Fair. Ketunretket will be on Thursday at Perho liiketalousopisto stand telling more about the adult education possibilities.
